Wedding of Siân and Abi – 2025

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Bristol Museum, it was perfect. Thank you for making all the planning as easy as possible, and so stress free for us. We were so impressed too by how the venue was set up on the day – there was such attention to detail and everything was as we wanted it. Any questions we had on the day were quickly and easily answered – it was always easy to find yourself or one of your staff members to ask. Everything went off without a hitch, and we felt very looked after!

The food was incredible – please pass our thanks onto the the chef and kitchen team. We’ve had a lot of guests say it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had (esp the fried chicken, we’ve had a lot of people ask what caterers we used haha), and the food service was excellent. We really appreciated how seriously the kitchen took our various requests about dietary requirements, once again we had a few people very excited to be able to join in on the meal when usually there wouldn’t be anything they could eat.

We found the accessibility at the venue to be absolutely top class too, which was important to us. It was really nice to see people who might otherwise have struggled enjoy our day so much.

Please also pass our thanks on to Mitch the DJ, he was a hit!

And finally our biggest thanks to you, for making the whole process run so smoothly from beginning to end, from creating such a comprehensive plan for us, to being a last minute supplier of safety pins for my jumpsuit! Our mantra through the whole event planning process was always ‘it’s ok, Tillie will know what to do’, and it was so true. So many people talk about how stressful planning a wedding is, and that’s just not something we really experienced, a lot of which was down to you.

We wish we could do it all again! Thank you so very much once again!

Wedding of Gabby and Ben – 2024

As soon as we stepped into the museum, everything else just faded away. Everything looked so romantic, beautiful and overall just stunning. We could see that everyone was soaking up the atmosphere and taking in all the little museum’s details that we love. Because of this, I was immediately put at ease and all my nerves were settled immediately. Throughout the night, pretty much every guest told us what an incredibly beautiful venue it is and what a fun time they had – a few even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to 🥰. We also believe that this is the best wedding we have ever been to and the fact that it was ours was everything we ever dreamed. And despite life’s poor timing, we genuinely had the best night of our lives.

We have always looked forward to our meetings with you as you are so positive and calm and we can tell that you genuinely care. We would come out of our sessions uplifted, having had some queries answered or had an exciting update. It meant a lot to us to have you invested in our day. It meant a lot that you saw us after the ceremony too to wish us well.

The Operations Team were barely noticed by us and the guests, which I feel is the desired outcome. If we did see anyone, they were flitting about with purpose and were very quickly gone again. They appeared very respectful and professional. Big shout out as well to the lovely lady who followed us around opening doors in the gallery and playing around with the gallery lights for photographs as she was really friendly. The main coordinator of the evening (I unfortunately have forgotten her name) did quite a few check ins with us to make sure everything was running how we wanted and if she could do anything for us, which was much appreciated.

Everyone remarked how wonderful the food was so it made us so happy to see people enjoying it as much as we did. The presentation was great and everything came out promptly and swiftly.

Audley Travel – 2024

Thank you so much for the most enjoyable evening last night. A lot of thought must have gone into the planning of that event and it showed. The museum proved a wonderful venue and looked fabulous with all the candles set up on the steps behind the harpist. The music really added atmosphere and the canopies, food and drink were absolutely delicious! The speakers were entertaining and informative and it was so interesting to meet some of your other customers and staff, especially Sophie (Lloyd) your India expert, who we were extremely impressed with and who we are going to contact soon about our next trip.

I hope that you, as a company, found it useful too.

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the event at the Bristol museum last evening.

Institution of Structural engineers – 2024

Hi Tillie,

• The overall success of the event: I would rate the event as successful. There was a nice atmosphere and we managed somehow to fill the huge space. The feature candles, table decor and the overall presentation was great.
• The organisation and planning process with myself: I felt I got all the advice and good support, from the initial stages, going through different options to the actual event at the Museum. You were always responsive and accommodating, so many thanks for your help Tillie, much appreciated!
• The efficiency of our Operations Team on the day: Most of things went smoothly on the day of the event. Alex was able to resolve all the small issues such as IT, late swap of food or similar in a very attentive and professional manner.
• Your thoughts on the catering and refreshments served: Everything went to plan. I think the catering company was generous with the number of staff assigned, hence as a result this was a nice and smoothly running event.

Once again thank you for your support with organising the big night. I would definitely recommend it to others.

UWE Bristol conference dinner – 2024

The event was a fantastic success – thank you so much for all your help.

The planning and organisation were all incredibly smooth and easy. Tom and his team were all fantastic and made everything work like clockwork. Lots of delegates commented on how lovely the venue was and how efficient the serving team were. The halls looked beautiful! We also had lots of positive comments on the food – particularly the cherry chocolate mousse, which was amazing!

Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. We are in absolute raptures at the moment.

It’s hard to believe it has now come and gone.

We will cherish the day forever.

Our guests were blown away with the venue, the staff the food, EVERYTHING.

We were so well looked after, everything worked out well and as we had hoped.  We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better venue. What a slick operation. Yourself from the beginning and everyone on the day made us truly happy and we really can’t thank you enough.

You are a real asset to the museum and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and your team to anyone who would like a venue a little more unique.

Wedding of Tara and Josh  – 2024

It really was magical! We were just going to drop you a note to say thank you. Last Saturday went beautifully. There were so many amazing, memorable parts of the evening and being in the museum was so special.

Everyone on the team was really helpful. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Tom, who grabbed us a drink before our grand entrance, the bartenders, the people serving food/canapes, everyone was stellar. Everything ran smoothly and our guests had a great time throughout the evening. I wish I had written down more of the exact quotes that I heard but some rough quotes were “This is the best wedding I’ve ever been to” and “This is such a classy wedding”. People also loved the food, so please pass that along to the chef too, she did wonderfully! We loved the DJ too; he kept everyone dancing the whole time and it was really special when he sang (beautifully) for us as a finale.

You made it all happen and made the whole process so much easier as we were planning, and we really can’t thank you enough!
