The Red Lodge Museum was built in the late 1570s for Sir John Young and his wife Dame Joan. With over 400 years of history, a knot garden and the impressive Great Oak Room, this historic property is ideal for learning about the Tudors.
The Red Lodge Museum is available for school visits from April to December. During opening days schools can visit between 11am-4pm. One group of up to 35 can visit Red Lodge at a time and all groups need to book in advance.
