Family activity: Story Box

Join us this summer when we open the Story Box every Wednesday in August for themed stories that are perfect for young visitors!

These interactive story time sessions, led by museum staff and volunteers, include cuddly toys, puppets, costume and beautifully illustrated story books on different themes including dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals, world wildlife and tales from other lands.

Sessions at 10.30, 11.45, 1.30, 3.00 (lasting around 20-25 minutes)

For children 4-7 years (must be accompanied by an adult at all times).

Free drop-in but donations always welcome
