Our Harbour View Suite can either be used as one space or divided into three different rooms which are perfect as breakout or networking spaces, and each have their own access to the spectacular balcony giving panoramic views of Bristol’s most well known landmarks.

Our Waterside Suite is the perfect place for hybrid conferences, to ensure your delegates can attend wherever they are in the world. With space for up to 270 delegates in theatre style, this is a great space for large conferences and also has direct access to the top floor roof terrace, making it a great choice for extending the day into the evening with networking drinks and canapes after a successful conference.

Our package includes:

• Exclusive room hire of your chosen meeting space from 9am – 5pm
• Hydration station
• Unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day
• Morning and Afternoon treats to fuel the body and mind
• AV equipment including a projector, screen, lectern, lectern microphone, roaming microphone and PA system
• Access for delegates to view M Shed galleries during opening hours

Lunch sample

• Option one: Deli salad of the day and a selection of two different sandwiches £47.50 + VAT per delegate
• Option two: two mains served with a salad of your choice, selection of breads with vegetable hummus, olive oil dip and one dessert £52.50 + VAT per delegate

Looking for a smaller meeting space?

If you don’t have large numbers for your event but you want to host your meeting at M Shed we also have the Studio spaces available to hire. Perfect for smaller team meetings, board meetings, training sessions, company away days etc. We have something to cater for your requirements.
