Smaller parties and events

If you’re looking for a smaller party or event, you can hire the M Bar & Terrace for groups of up to 80 guests from 6pm to 1am.

The M Bar can seat up to 60 guests for an intimate dinner or up to 80 standing, for a summer party, birthday celebration, family occasion, wedding or corporate Christmas party. It also has a large fully stocked bar and a private sunset terrace on the harbourside for you and your guests to enjoy.

Summer party package in our M Bar and Terrace includes:

• Exclusive hire of the M Bar from 7pm – 1am.
• Use of the courtyard with stunning views of the vibrant harbour and riverside*
• Access to one of the unique galleries (Bristol Places) during your arrival drinks reception**
• A locally sourced seasonal cocktail on arrival
• Hydration Station
• Choice of 3 course seasonal seated dinner*** or BBQ inspired buffet
• DJ/ Disco
• Fully stocked bar (minimum spend of £325)
• Staffing & Security
• Event managers to help with all event requirements in advance and on the day of your event

*Please note this package does not include exclusive access to the courtyard, as the external bar may be operating.

**Please note food or drink is not permitted inside the galleries with the exception of Bristol Places (no red wine permitted)

***Not bookable on weekends

**** M Bar can seat up to 60 guests for a sit down dinner. Full preorder required. Guests will choose between two starters and two main courses. Desserts are a sharing platter per table. For those with numbers higher than 60 the BBQ buffet would be served.
