Family activity: M Shed Story Box

Join us this summer when we open the Story Box every Thursday in August for themed stories that are perfect for young visitors!

These interactive story time sessions, led by museum staff and volunteers, include cuddly toys, puppets, costume and beautifully illustrated story books on different themes including travel and transport.

Sessions at 10.30, 11.45, 1.30, 3.00 (lasting around 20-25 minutes)

For children 4-7 years (must be accompanied by an adult at all times).

Drop-in free but donations always welcome
