Moderated by Inma Montenegro, this event will focus on elevating, supporting, and protecting women in Bristol’s music, nightlife, and events industries. The panel will discuss breaking barriers, promoting safety, and fostering inclusive spaces for women across the creative industries.

Inma Montenegro (Moderator) founder of MasTechno and Intirave, Inma is a leading figure in Bristol’s electronic music scene. These events are renowned for their high-energy atmosphere and international appeal. Inma’s dedication to inclusivity and support for diverse talent has made her a key advocate for women and immigrant communities in the industry.
SOTO (Graciela Soto) Venezuelan-born and rising star in Bristol’s techno scene, known for her captivating performances blending hypnotic melodies and industrial beats. Since her UK debut in 2019, she has performed at top venues such as FOLD, The Egg London, and Electrowerkz. Her debut track “Core,” released on Pan-Pot’s label Second State, received widespread acclaim and was featured in major festival lineups, including Kappa Futur Festival. SOTO’s upcoming EP on Diffuse Reality is highly anticipated.
Lizzy Mulholland dedicated to drug policy reform with extensive experience in evaluating and improving policies. As co-founder of Karuna Collective, she offers advice on safe drug use, particularly to young people on TikTok. She also manages social media for the Benzo Research Project, focusing on harm reduction for benzodiazepines. Lizzy’s mission includes collaborating with organizations to implement harm reduction measures in Bristol’s nightclubs.
Zeina Raad seasoned Marketing Manager with over 25 years of experience, specializing in music. She excels in marketing strategy, digital transformation, brand management, and data analytics. Zeina has led teams and managed campaigns, focusing on brand development, content creation, social media strategy, and customer engagement. Betsy Mae Marketing Director & DJ for Bristol-based collective Sexy Lady Massive known for its electrifying events that celebrate women in electronic music. They specialize in high-energy parties and festivals with all-female lineups, showcasing both emerging and established female artists. Betsy plays a key role in amplifying the collective’s impact.
MĀDŁY is a Parisian born and Bristol based singer, rapper, and poet who refuses to stick to one genre. As well as being a music programme coordinator and promoter in one of Bristol’s iconic venue.
Following the panel, a networking session will offer attendees the chance to connect with industry professionals and fellow advocates for women in Bristol’s creative industries.
