Woolly Model-Making: Your House

Enjoy making fun woollen creations in the inspiring setting of the Briswool exhibition. Our interactive woolly workshops will take you through the process of designing and making models based on different themes.

This session will take you through designing, making and embellishing your own house. These are for you to take home for yourself but may be exhibited together at a later date.

Please bring a photograph or drawing of your house and any scraps of wool you think you may want to use to represent your home.

Some wool will be provided. Please bring a size 3.25mm and 4mm crochet hook and/or a pair of knitting needles 3.25mm to 4mm. You will learn skills including simple design, simple drawing and the techniques used to create Briswool.

Suitable for people who already know how to knit and crochet. This workshop is not suitable for beginners. If you would like to learn how to crochet and knit, please see our Get Knitting! event.

Part of the Briswool programme of events.
