Wildlife Photographer of the Year: Portfolio reviews with Emily Garthwaite

This event has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict with Emily’s work overseas. We apologise for any disappointment.

Are you an aspiring or early-career photojournalist or nature photographer?

This is a unique opportunity to book a one-to-one crit with a Wildlife Photographer of the Year finalist.

You’ll have 15 minutes with Emily to get feedback on your work, discuss technique or get tips on your development.

Emily is a 25 year-old photojournalist based in London. She was a finalist in Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2018 with her image of a caged sun bear.

She specialises in humanitarian and environmental subjects and has had her work used by the Guardian, Sunday Times, Independent and BBC.

Much of her work is about people and their lives; she has covered topics in India, South East Asia, Africa and beyond.
