Come and join us for a beginner’s Chi Kung Session for adults live over Zoom to welcome in the year of the Ox.
Practiced in China for thousands of years to build energy that enables one to fully engage with life, these gentle movements will open your lungs, stretch you, relieve stress while boosting your immune system and helping maintain healthy mental well-being.
We will cover the basics of Chi Kung practice and go through a complete breath routine. The session is ideal as an exercise for those wanting to build on healthy activities, rehabilitating from illness, or fit athletes wishing to shorten their recovery time.
No previous experience or special equipment is necessary. It will leave you feeling great; all are welcome!
This workshop is part of our Lunar New Year celebrations.

Sessions take place on:
- Wednesday 17 February, 9.15am – 10am.
This session conclude with a children’s live Kung Fu display by students at Bristol Wutan
- Saturday 20 February, 9.15am – 10am.
This session will conclude with a live Tai Chi display accompanied by live harpist.

This free, online event will be held over Zoom webinar. Please book your place below. Details of how to join the session will be sent to you the day before the session you have booked. Please keep an eye out and check your spam folder if the email does not arrive. Bookings close at 4pm on the night before.
