Free Accessible Live-streamed Story Telling for Families – National Treasures: Constable in Bristol “Truth to Nature”

 

For those who can’t make it to one of our events in person, join Cassandra Wye, International Storyteller online for an exciting interactive story-telling programme linked to our exhibition Constable in Bristol!

Cassandra will be telling three stories during the afternoon.

Join her:

At 2pm “Stone Soup” with BSL interpretation 

Ideal for:

  • Children who are D/deaf or Hard of Hearing
  • 4 – 8 years
  • Older and Younger siblings welcome

 

2.30pm “The Storytelling Stone” – with AD embedded within the story 

Ideal for:

  • Children who are Visually Impaired
  • 8 – 12 years
  • Older and Younger siblings welcome

 

3.00pm – “Fly Me to the Moon” – Sensory Storytelling for everyone

Ideal for :

  • Children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Children for whom English is an Additional Language
  • Children aged 3 – 8 years

Older and Younger siblings welcome

 

You can join – for one or all three stories

You only need to book once via our booking system

The same link will be used be used for every story

 

The session will be broadcast online via Zoom

Can’t make this time? No problem! We will be releasing the stories as a recording on our website shortly after the event so you can still join the fun.

The recorded sessions will also be subtitled.

Safeguarding  

 The event will be streamed as a webinar performance – so that the storyteller (and BSL interpreter) can be recorded but not the audience.

All children must be supervised online during the live sessions by an adult, parent or carer.
