Exclusive hire of the Wills and Winterstokes Halls is available from 7am – 9.30am every day for unique breakfast meetings with a cultural flair.

Day conferences (Mondays only)

Bristol Museum & Art Gallery offers the perfect place to host a conference in spectacular surroundings. We can host day events on Mondays during school term time and can offer flexible solutions to your event requirements. Our Winterstoke and Wills Halls offer large versatile spaces to host your conference and catering spaces, with a range of smaller unique spaces to host breakout sessions and workshops. Why not include a private gallery viewing as part of your programme or let us arrange for a curator to share interesting facts with your guests about our amazing collections?

We are happy to arrange a bespoke package for your event, alternatively you are welcome to choose our more traditional day delegate rate.

Monday delegate rate

• Exclusive hire of the Winterstoke and Wills Hall in the heart of the museum (9am – 5pm)
• Unlimited servings of tea and coffee
• Morning and afternoon treats to fuel the body and mind
• Salad and sandwich lunch
• AV equipment – LCD projector and screen

Prices from £60 + VAT per delegate. Prices subject to minimum numbers. Available daytime on Mondays only (excludes Bristol school holidays and Bank Holidays).

Exhibitions

Our Winterstoke and Wills Halls offer over 500 square metres of flexible exhibition space in the heart of Bristol. We offer a landmark venue ideal for exhibitions of up to 70 stands, surrounded by elegant architecture and beautiful artworks.
