Support your students to develop their language skills through the medium of art. Bring your class for a tour of the galleries, specially adapted for learners of English as a Foreign Language (EFL).
The tours give a simple but focused overview of art through time, using several objects and paintings in the museum collection. By looking at these works, students develop their vocabulary and grammar and can practice speaking and listening skills.
- Suitable for: Teenage (14 years +) and adult EFL classes
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Group size: Minimum of 12 students; up to 20 learners
A trained museum professional will lead your tour which is graded appropriately for EFL beginners, intermediates and advanced learners. On booking, we will send you a Resource Pack that provides both pre-visit and post-visit graded activities.
Bookable on selected days. Please contact us for details.
“Really well-graded language with visual support, the students felt really engaged. Very enthusiastically delivered. In all my years of trips like this, this is the best prepared and delivered.”
