Join Gill Baker for a free taster course to improve your mindfulness.
You’ll be taught relaxation techniques for both home and work, using the breath, the body and the mind. You’ll also further your knowledge of what stress and anxiety really is. Gill will help you find other ways to get support and other learning opportunities in the area.
The course is suitable for adults over the age of 19, who have few or no qualifications and/or who are looking for work.
The course will run weekly – every Thursday – from 26 September to 17 October 2019.
