Bristol Museum & Art Gallery is an elegant setting for entertaining in the heart of the city.

The spacious surroundings and impressive architecture make the ideal setting to host champagne drinks receptions, formal seated dinners or theatre style events. The high glass roof, arched balconies, grand staircase and marble floor make a magnificent backdrop for any event.

Our team of experienced and creative chefs are skilled at creating bespoke menus to suit your needs, whether you’re planning a banquet or are after some simple and delicious canapés. We use the finest ingredients, locally sourced where possible, and ensure our food is ethical, sustainable and seasonal.

Dinners

• Choice of seasonal drink on arrival (one per person)
• Three course seasonal dinner menu with coffee and petit fours
• Black or white linen to match your catering requirements
• A staffed bar
• In house table centres (if required)
• During preparations: a dedicated Event Co-ordinator to ensure all the little details are taken care of
• On the day: an experienced Event Manager, service team, museum staff and security to take care of you and your guests

Receptions

• Choice of seasonal drink on arrival (one per person)
• Canapes selection (three per person)
• A staffed bar
• During preparations: a dedicated Event Co-ordinator to ensure all the little details are taken care of
• On the day: an experienced Event Manager, service team, museum staff and security to take care of you and your guests

From £16 + VAT per person
